My Story


My name is Elise Bou Malham Bavic, I created Lizzy’s in 2018 first as a home bakery and turned it with time into a platform to showcase my creative musings: recipes, photography, edible flowers and foraging. My main goal through this platform is to speak about all the delicious food of the wild, the lost art of consuming flora and try to reach out to my audience through my lens. After a fifteen year career as a marketer, journalistic photographer and content creator, I finally decided to start building my multi-disciplinary business which encompasses a food photography studio, a food lab and now a visual storytelling platform.
