Pumpkin Quiche Recipe

I have been wanting to try out
Kitchen Stories by V's newest products in my recipes. Her Hazelnut butter is so good I couldn't help but whip something up with it.
Incorporating it in pancakes was a bold move but totally worth it!
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp hazelnut butter butter
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- more butter for frying
Method
Mix the milk and vinegar and let it sit for a minute or two to make buttermilk.
Whisk the dry ingredients together then add the rest of your ingredients to the dry mixture. Combine making sure to keep the batter a bit lumpy.
Butter your pan and start scooping the batter into it. Place a few blueberries into the half cooked pancake then gently flip.
To get well rounded pancakes, I use a round cookies cutter and poor the batter into it.
Serve it with fresh berries, more hazelnut butter and honey!
